Acceptable Use Policy

1. Fair Usage

Minecraft servers provided by Upzare Hosting are to be used strictly for game hosting purposes. Using the CPU, RAM, or storage for crypto-mining, video encoding, or massive file sharing is strictly prohibited.

2. Malicious Activity

Under no circumstances are our servers to be used to conduct DDoS attacks (booters/stressers), port scanning, spamming, or hosting malware/viruses. Immediate termination without refund will occur if these activities are detected.

3. I/O Limits

While we utilize high-speed NVMe arrays, attempting to intentionally exhaust disk I/O through malicious scripts will result in temporary suspension to protect the integrity of the node for other clients.
